Lama Choga is currently teaching the instructions for the preliminaries (Ngondro) to the Mahamudra. The class is ongoing and all participants have made a commitment to completing the practice. We will be commencing with the Vajrasattva practice in Mid May 2025. This is not accepting any more participants at this time.
